Hi Ifwishes
Along with this report, what is also very worrying is that it appears where people are actually engaged in a debt remedy / solution they may still be struggling.
For example we are seeing more and more people with failing IVAs and find ourselves challenging proposed Income Payment Arrangements / Income Payment Orders in bankruptcy.
The cost of living is increasing right across the board, especially utilities and motoring costs not to mention food.
When people go down the route of a formal debt solution (or any debt remedy really) the idea is for them to be able live and make a fresh start unfortunately we are inreasingly seeing evidence that this may not be the case.
We are staring to ask - is there such a thing as a straightforward end result type of case anymore?
We are considering whether to start a number of threads on these type of issues to share experiences and discuss the way forward so to speak.
Keep up the good work.
Well.........it is Monday:)

On second thoughts there is no need for us to start any new threads on IPAs / IPOs etc after reading through this -
