Clothes order gone wrong

Meh, I know Alexon are in trouble but I've always found them reliable up till now.
I ordered some stuff a few days ago, and paid, now they've only acknowledged less than half the order, and on top of that have sent me a parcel with some of the items they say they've sent missing. Ok my credit card statement shows double the charge they acknowledge, but how do I prove that some of the remaining items didn't even show up?

Call them, they should listen to you- they should credit you the money you have not spent and there should be no issue. If they refuse to help then I'd be wanting to call the Police non-emegency number and then consumer rights for further advice. It would be a version of theft if they take double but only send half!0

Yeah hopefully it'll work out. Unfortunately their customer services is only open mon-fri 9-5 so i'm having to wait. (I'm not supposed to make personal calls at work so it's a bit of a pain really)0
