Hi there was a veil on last weeks Dont Tell The Bride that was floor lenth, had crystals scattered on it, then at the bottom of it had her married name (Mrs Smith for example) encrusted on it. it wasnt gem encrusted, it looked more "compact", almost like a glitter! Lol Im not explaining it very well.
I have googled personalised veil, and a million variations on this, and cant find anything like it!
Anyone got any ideas???

I saw that but I thought it was on the dress itself rather than the veil0

It was definitely on the veil, as it moved (the name) as she swished the dress.
I wouldn't even know where to start looking for one!
Could you see the shop front on the programme? Maybe get the number for it from Google if you can and ask them? I know it's a long shot, but all you'd need is a location and the shop name xTank fly boss walk jam nitty gritty...0 -
I can't help either - but it was definitely on the veil because they commented on it in the show.0

i don't watch the show so havnt seen the veil, could it be a glitter fabric paint? the sort that comes in a squeezy tube thing? they are easy to use if you have a steady hand. i think Dylon do them, usually can be found in a Hobbycraft type shop x'there goes an old transexual, last seen heading south,

just watched, thanks to sammy_wheeler.
i would say its is a glitter fabric paint, the tube has a nozzle & you just squeeze it out, no paint brush involved!
you could write out, or print, how you want the wording to look, place on a flat surface.
then put some clear plastic over it (to stop the paint seeping through & sticking to the paper),
then your veil & 'trace' over the wording with the paint.
it doesnt look very sparkly in the tube but is a good effect when dry.
i cant find a pic of it dry but this pic is how it comes out of the tube-

i would suggest having a practice 1st.
also it can take a while to dry so make sure you do it somewhere you can leave it for a couple of days, its very easy to smudge!'there goes an old transexual, last seen heading south,
