They may have very slight marks on the screen (unless stated otherwise), there may be signs of light markings on the back especially on iPods with chrome backs (iPod Touch & iPod Classic) as this is marked very easily.

• Buttons - We check the Lock (Power), Home and Volume buttons all work correctly
• WiFi - Check to make sure it connects to all our Wireless Connections
• Sync via iTunes - We test that the iPod can accept Music and Videos etc<
• Speaker (if applicable) - We test the speaker for perfect sound quality
• Headphone Socket - Test that the headphone socket has no faults and plays sound clearly
• Charger Port - Test to make sure the iPod can charge fully
• Video - We connect to YouTube to test the video is perfect quality
• Cleaning – This is done to a high standard with our professional equipment, please see below the grading process.
