Onepoll Payment Delays

I've been with Onepoll a while now. I reached my first £40 in March and payout was done quite quickly.
I reached my second £40 at the end of July and requested a payout, but now 2 months later, I have yet to receive my payment. I've even managed to get my balance back up to £18 since then!
Anyone else experiencing difficulties?
I did send them a message a few weeks ago, but no response. Should I just stop using them?

Reached £40 a couple of weeks ago and was paid within a week.
I think they have a reputation for ignoring e-mails but I have phoned them a few months ago about a payment and they were very helpful - they got it sorted and I was paid within a couple of days. I would suggest giving them a ring0 -
Has any one else found the surverys seem to stop at £39.00 ish. I have had very few since this point and am getting very fed up!0

Yes. I know of quite a few people who were getting surveys and now they are near payout £38 + they have suddenly stopped getting surveys altogether.
I actually posted something on their facebook page today about it.0 -
Hey
I got my first payment pretty quickly back in May within a week I believe. Reached £40 last week and it said to expect payment within 28days so waiting patiently. I did see that when I was getting to about £38 -£39 it was really slow and then the last 15p took ages arghhh lol.
The last couple of days though there have been hardly any surveys on there but don't panic it's all about supply and demand i'm sure something will pick up soon. Plus I check regularly throughout the day as different one's get filled up and disappear and some are appropriate for different people.

I received a payment from them today, requested it 2 weeks ago, was a bit worried as I had read on here a few people had problems getting their payments. Back to the beginning again, up to £1.50 woohoo0

I'm glad to have found this thread. I requested my payment on 14th November (I'm on day 26 of waiting), and have had no response to any emails. I entered a post on mse's 'OnePoll - dubious practices?' thread, and had a quick response on there from OnePoll Admin, saying I should wait 28 days. That will take me to Monday, and I'm grateful for the suggestion of phoning them. It's a great shame, as they were always so prompt in the past, and it's making me rather reluctant to carry on taking their surveys at the moment. Fingers crossed for Monday!:A A million thanks to everyone who posts :A0
