Has anyone successfully ordered and recieved their items yet?
I ordered a Poppy brroch and cufflinks from The Royal British Legion's Online Shop on 16/10/11 and my order is still down as "processing"
I've ordered it for delivery to Australia as I will be here for Remembrance day and am now worried it wont get here in time.
I've e-mailed them but am yet to recieve a reply.

Just ordered one, think they look fab and for a good cause, usually I'm trying to look for a deal or bargain but with all the money I have saved from the help of others on here I thought treat myself and give a little to the charity as well as reminding myself and those who look at it the meaning behind the poppy.
Cant wait for it to arrive.

I ordered 3 brooches on the 26th, received them yesterday (28th), very impressed with the speed of delivery.

My order status still states processing too.

Wish I had seen this before I ordered, I presumed all profits would be going to RBL. :(

Is it possible that 10% of the purchase price *is* all of the profits? The full purchase price is not going to charity, only the profits. I haven't seen anything that explains how much these pins cost to make. I would hope that more than 10% goes to charity if bought from The Poppy Shop, but without knowing what these cost to make it's impossible to say.

I ordered the large poppy brooch on the 15th Oct and it arrived 3 days later, by Royal mail. It is beautiful.

I too was under the impression that BL recieved all the money.

Thanks to OP. Just ordered the ones that are dated this year.
  • I went for the £15 Buckley brooch, and am now thinking (hoping) all profits do go to RBL

QVC selling brooch for £15 not sure what size. States only £5 goes to BL. With post and packing works out pretty expensive. Will stick with BL official website.
