Mortgage for over 70's

Hi
I'm trying to get a £10,000 mortgage for my auntie who owns her property but has no current mortgage. Method of repayment will be Interest Only.
Can anyone advise on a lender that is willing to lend to someone in their 70's?
Cheers:beer:

A lot of lenders have a minimum amount they are willing to lend, this may further limit your choice.
