We are a family of 4 too xx

we do this, and they are brilliant every time! and also cutting carrots up ready, and freezing them.
I have a load of spuds to use up (getting to the bottom of the sack, few mouldy ones) and I'd like to freeze some potato wedges.
Can you cook them from frozen and if so, at what temp and for how long?
Anyone know? Thanks to everyone who posts comps, I love winning prizes big and small

you'd have to par boil them before freezing. Personally I like mine crunchy and do about Gas 6 for 35-40 mins."If you don't feel the bumps in the road, you're not really going anywhere "

You could always try going to your local greengrocers on a Saturday afternoon about 4.30pm ish, they are always willing to do you a basket of ripe fruit and veg that they they need to get rid of for a knock down price.
Then use it to do some cooking on a sunday and freeze it all.A small Thank You can make a BIG difference0
