i've had the same problem, i ordered on the 22nd, they have taken payment. they emailed after i contacted them and said it will be dispatched as soon as they receive a delivery of the item.

at the end of the email it also had something like
updated order status: dispatched
and i am still waiting for it!!

Guess what, Im having the same problem too, with the eyeshadow.

My Lipstick arrived today and they didnt have the colour I wanted ,so they sent me the most horrid gold colour, circa 1982:)

I'm having the same problem with delievery on the eyeshadow, I also emailed them and they said they were out of stock, but as has been mentioned the bottom of the email the status said dispatched?!?!

I got Buttered Popcorn, and it is a sparkly gold colour........nice for going out.:D

I'm having problems with my Hard Candy eyeshadow order - it hasn't arrived, I paid £2.99 postage last week, and they sent it 2nd class - £2.99 seems really steep for 2nd class postage, and while that might sound ungrateful, it is a FREEBIE offer at the end of the day, and we're still paying for the postage! Cust services just told me to wait a few days. Generally if it hasnt come by now, means it's lost in the post!

I haven't been able to track down a code for the blusher but I got the EA lipstick and I have a thought on this, which is the colours etc are not really what you would buy through choice. £2.99 is not what you would pay either for 2nd class post in a little jiffy back. TJ Hughes often have cheap designer lipstics etc, like Versace, but the colours are quite awful, but for 50p to £1.00 might suit some people. So basically I don't think these are free. The £2.99 will cover postage and the cost of items which probably can't be shifted in the stores.

Hope it turns up soon.I once got an item from Ebay posted 2nd class, turn up three weeks later from date of postage.

After my shocking goldleaf lipstick experience .I dont think they are free either.I think I paid them for what nobody else in the world wanted:rotfl:

Has anyone received the eyeshadow yet? I am still waiting for mine.
