Hello,
I recieved a letter in the post from a debt company asking for £97 (not as much as others on here I know but I am working on princeple here)
They said I owed money to Ebay.... I asked them what for and about a month ago I was baned from ebay and paypal as I was making too much money (or they explanied it as un usall activity ) I owed ebay about £81 and paid it off using paypal as ebay and paypal are the same company they also blocked my paypal account which meant the £81 i did pay got reversed back to myself I didnt even realise this....
so my question is this... the debt company have charged me £16 admin fee do I have to pay this... am I best to just ignore the letter and hope they dont press forward with it and write it off as its a small amount do I cantant ebay and try and pay the £81 or contact the debt company and say I will pay £81 but not the £16 charge ?
any advice would be great thank you in advanced.

Pay the lot. Do not rely on the fact that should you pay the £81 you owe to paypal that they won't chase you for their fees. I wouldn't risk it for such a small amount.0
