Anybody used these clowns , DCI Energy in Carrickfergus to get cavity wall insulation fitted.
Personally I have found them to be very unprofessional and incompetent.
The insulation was fitted 2 weeks ago and it still hasnt been sorted properly.
They covered up 2 vents that I specifically asked to remain open.
They seem to have a problem with returning phone calls and with turning up on time or at all.

we used them around 5 years ago for cavity wall insulation and had no problems - turned up on time, no issues with the job and no mess.
Went through the grant system available then and had no problems with them dealing with that too.0 -
