Offset / CAM Mortgage

With another rise in interest rates, whats the feeling on Offset / CAM mortgages??

What is the best deal??

Yorkshire BS looks good.............anyone disagree?

    It depends on the size of the mortgage and your current level of savings or the amount of money you have available to "offset"

    If you have no savings, quite frankly, they are an absolute rip off and you would be much better off with a conventional mortgage.
  • Savings roughly 35% of mortgage total.

    Mortgage is over £100k
