Mi12 & jsa3

We have been in this 'minefield' for M112 & JSA3 for months now !!

Trying to get some help with the interest payments, Filled in 3 forms (MI12) - 2 were lost !! by the Halifax Bank

We had the 3rd form (MI12) sent in, Sent off to the DWP by the Halifax, Then my wife rang the DWP the other week and now they say that we don't qualify for 'Any' help ??

We have our own property mortgaged, But a relative lives in a council property and she gets her rent paid monthly etc, So is there a difference in criteria re - property ??

Both the Halifax and the JC have been 'Absolute' hopeless and they don't seem to undrstand what these forms are.

Unless they do and they don't really want to 'Broadcast' the service and give the impression help IS AVAILABLE ??
