other than the smiley face is there any other difference?

I bought one of these when dd was born, she's 4 and half now.... ours has smiley faces so I don't think they have changed them, it looks like the only change is the branding from grobag to gro.

I found this useful but if buying as a gift remember a lot of new baby monitors have the temp display on them anyway. We were given monitors which didn't have that on so this was a good buy. They do look pretty though and act as a night light too. Bargain at £6.99 :)
  • Thanks, we've two kids and being using one for each of their rooms from day one. Their handy indicators of the actual temperature, acts as safety glow too I think.

I've ordered one as a present for someone expecting, so thanks.

Note I got his message from Amazon: Estimated shipping date 24 Oct 2011 - 1 Nov 2011

Just a word of advice.... As a first time mum l had one of these but it made me paranoid it was always glowing orange and showing nearly too hot.

My health visitor said babies only ever need the same amount of layers as we are wearing - or one more if you feel concerned baby 'might' be chilly, but no more than one layer extra.

I have to say it was the best advice :D don't doubt yourselves, if you feel your room temperature is okay then it will be for baby!

Get a thermometer from poundland and save money on one of these.

    Happy moneysaving all.

Just to say mines has just been delivered :) so they obviously got more in stock. A lot smaller than I was expecting, but glad I only paid £6.99. Thanks OP :D
