CCCS and Natwest

Just wanted to know if anyone had experiences of CCCS and Natwest?

I am considering joining onto my husbands debt management plan however my creditors mainly comprise of Natwest in the form of a loan, credit card and overdraft.

I have already changed over bank accounts to a basic account but I am worried about how nasty Natwest could get if I do sign onto the debt management plan.

I've been on a DMP with CCCS for over 2 and a half years. A large portion of my debt (originally over £55k) was with RBS (I believe that Natwest is part of the RBS group). Haven't had any problems with them at all.

I to have loan overdraft and credit card with natwest.
I am on dmp and natwest was one of the last creditors to agree to stop interest but they did.
And have been accepting payment for a year now.
