Me too. Its basically down to the lack of common sense more and more people seem to be displaying.

Good quote.......and not just that.......I wonder how many of those who complain about inductions and training will be the first to cite a lack of those 'inconveniences' when they get injured and put in a claim.
Sadly, inductions are not only to protect the employee - but to cover ones backside if an injury occurs - a result of today's litigious society I'm afraid.
It is akin to those people who are quite happy to slap in a claim for whiplash following a minor vehicle collision (where no injury exists) but then complain about the price of their car insurance!0
