    Good quote.......and not just that.......I wonder how many of those who complain about inductions and training will be the first to cite a lack of those 'inconveniences' when they get injured and put in a claim.

    Sadly, inductions are not only to protect the employee - but to cover ones backside if an injury occurs - a result of today's litigious society I'm afraid.

    It is akin to those people who are quite happy to slap in a claim for whiplash following a minor vehicle collision (where no injury exists) but then complain about the price of their car insurance!
