PD 11 form ??

my husband has been told that he owes tax from the year 2007 - 2008 , it is because of a company car that he had but we have been told that he needs his PD 11 forms but I haven't got them , I haven't got any from any years and I keep everything
can we get copies ???
and I'm annoyed that they can say we owe money from 4 years ago.

  • done a bit of research and I think my husband has got confused and its a p11d form but should we have them ?? sounds like its what employers fill in ??
  • It's a form you're supposed to receive every year like your P60, and you get one if you receive Taxable benefits from your employment (such as Car Allowance, Private Health Care etc.)

Your employer should normally be able to give you a copy, but for whatever reason they cannot provide one, the HMRC can give you copies for all the years you require.
