WH Smiths buy 1 book get 1 for £1.00 plus a £5.00 off voucher

This is the first time I've posted and I'm not the brightest spark when it comes to forum rules so I'm hoping this will be the right place to post?

Lots of the books are in different price sales at the minute but the top kids titles are buy one get one for a pound.
Bought the Grufallo book for £6.99 and the Gruffallo child for £1.00 today on the offer and it's accross all the top children;s books. When I paid, I got a voucher for £5.00 off any book over £10.00 which is valid from the 3rd to the 18th of October.

More than happy with the price of the books to start with and I'll be back to buy the photography book my Husband wanted because they wouldn't let me use the voucher till Monday. This is a national thing apparantly and might be worthwhile just picking up left behind till vouchers if the house is full of bookworms like mine is.

  • Hi OP - Does it have to be for ONE book over £10 or could you buy eg 2 books totalling over £10 and still get the £5 off??? :D Thanks!!

It's for one book priced £10.00 or more but the book my Husband wanted was priced at £14.99 and came through as £13.99 so it's a decent bargain really for me. I just should have checked the date to use the voucher first. It's only a five minute drive and I doubt they'll sell out of it by Monday though.
