Whatever else you do and regardless of the additional advice you receive here, find a good mortgage broker, preferably recommended and one who specialises in this type of deal. Good mortgage brokers are worth their weight in gold and can save you time, money and in a lot of cases unnecessary heartache. Fast track may be an option depending upon all of the details in your case but self certification may prove a better option. The sooner you see someone the better.
