    Hi
I do a job where I deal all day with people who sell goods that are not necessarily a necessity. One thing that strikes me, is that the well managed, and the badly managed are going merrily along. When things get tight, it is the badly managed ones that will go under first.
The same goes with individuals. Buying stuff and not using it to its fullest potential is bad management.
Holding on to stuff when you could still get a good price for it is bad management.
Blaming the economy for your woes is bad management.
Learn the good management tricks now while you can afford to make a mistake. When things get tough, the effect of a mistake will be magnified a thousand fold

Do critisise what they say, and what they do, especially if what they say is different to what they do. They can help that"

Time for me to sell the Z3 BMW then! ;) am planning to do so this spring - have checked comparables and I should get at the very least what I paid for it last year - which is good (almost like a free rental really) I agree what goes up must come down - the continuing buy buy buy over and over extend has to slow/stop at some point things are starting to slide but I dont think they will gather momentum for another year or so in the meantime time to prepare
:j Where there is a will there is a way - there is a way and I will find it :j
