Teeth in a day

I need a complete set of upper teeth but as I cannot wear dentures I would need the dental implants to be inserted in one day. I would be open to go anywhere in the UK or Ireland. Has anyone ever underwent this type of procedure? If so, would you recommend the practice you attended?

As far as I am aware for that type of dental work, i.e implants, it's a long process and anyone offering to do it in one day, would not be a good dentist, and more like a conman. There are a few dentists over on the Health & Beauty Board who I'm sure would be able to tell you more about this procedure. The frontier is never somewhere else. And no stockades can keep the midnight out.0

There are very few people that this proceedure is suitable for a variety of reasons.
If you have teeth that need to be removed and there is infection around them then implants cannot be placed in these areas.
if you need alot of teeth out there will be shrinkage of the gums afterwards so permanent dentures can't be fitted until healing is finished.
If you need dentures because of gum disease the gums and bone may have shrunk so much that implants cannot be fitted without further work such as bone grafting.
If you smoke many implantologists will not place implants.
There are some medical conditions or medications that mean implants cannot be placed.
Implants can be very successful in holding full dentures in (ie 4 implants supporting a denture) , but using implants to replace all your teeth is hideously complicated, expensive and will require meticulous planning by the dentist and lifelong and meticulous care by yourself with eg 3 monthly visits to a hygienist at the least.
To give you an idea of costs an implant supported denture could come in around £6000. Replacing all your top teeth with implants £15,000 upwards plus budgeting for maintainance and replacement over the years.
Have you spoken to your own dentist about the suitability and viability of this course of action? Do they have someone they refer to?
I would very much advise against thinking complicated treatment like this should be done in a day! Months is much more realistic and better, healthier and more sucessful option.0
