I don't Facebook or Twitter so I can't just add a comment but I think every cyclist and motor cyclist should be made to always wear a fluorescent reflective safety jacket with sleeves and if they use a backpack that should be fluorescent also. So many times they are almost invisible in shadows under trees or in poor light. Cars should use lights too, especially on sunny days when shadows are deeper.
