Faulty vouchers from Money Supermarket

Is anyone else having trouble with the above. I bought a voucher for Canvass Buddy from Money Supermarket Local which is not recognised when you enter it on the company website. When I originally contacted Money Supermarket Local they said it was due to the high demand but were working to solve the problem. It has now been over 2 weeks and the support section are no longer replying to my e-mails.
