Did anyone have any problems with the screening of Sunshine last night?

We went to Surrey Quays Odeon only to be told SeeFilmFirst had made a mistake and we have to come back tonight instead!! The manager wasnt will to do anything about it when there where 5 of us. But by the time others arrived and made a fuss she offered us a movie for the evening. Which would have been ok if they had a variety showing at that time but they didnt.

Wasn't there once the same problem with Surrey Quays? Did any of the other Sunshine screenings have the same problem?

Seefilmfirst sent out feedback for the sunshine screening so make sure you tell them how the situation was dealt with.

Thanks. I have emailed them and they were very prompt with their reply - they are looking into it now so we'll see what the outcome is. I just find it very hard to believe that it could be SeeFilmFirsts fault when only Surrey Quays appeared to have had the problem.

Odeon Panton Street was fine, it started a little late but that was it! Glad I didn't choose the Surrey Quays screening now!

I went to the screening of Sunshine at the Camden Odeon. Apart from the people laughing at the chinese accents, the staff only remembered to turn the volume up after 40 minutes (which was then deafening)and then forgot to change the reel halfway through so we were sat there for at least 5 minutes with the lights on before staff realised!

I don't think anyone complained about it because it was a free screening but it was very irritating! :(

I had problems at the Camden Odeon when I went to see a screening of Babel. There was no sound on the reel!
