Has anybody used this website? They offer watches are discounted prices but it states in the t&c's that the watches are sold "as is". Surely the distance selling act states that you can return the product on the basis you have not seen it prior to purchase?
What happens if the watch is damaged and you have bought it "as is"
Can somebody please explain further, or if you have used the website how was the service/quality of product!!
