Tesco Grocery Delivery

I had a grocery delivery last week there were some items missing, Some of the prices that they quoted on the email confirmation were not the same, some of the produce was damaged, and also some of the BOGOFs were not deducted on the final price.
Please keep copy of the email confirmation and check the delivery note carefully. I rang the customer service and got them to refund all the mistakes and when I told them about the damaged stock they refunded that too
I have never had pricing problems with Tesco before so please be aware everyone

me to!!!!! this lately probaly the last 5-6 shops ive been really really annoyed, ive had things come and the price has been wrong ive been charged for buy one get one frees and charged for free items. tesco as always give me my money back though, there getting really good at not checking the sell by dates aswell despite this been on my notes to check the date, i had my shopping delivered last week and i had 3packs of meat 2 days out of date alot of my fresh things i.e sausage ,pizzas ,fish etc if theyve got 2 days date or less on them i complain and explain that i do my shopping for a week not for a few days they always refund but its really not the point. the best one was been fobbed of by the deliver driver he only brought me half my shopping and promised me faithfully he would be with me within the hour because hed got another delivery up the rd, after 2hrs i phoned and c/s told me that there was no other deliverys in my town , they refunded the half of the shop that never came , my delivery and i complained that now i had to go out of my way to do my shopping which i didnt have time to do ( whole point of having deliverd in 1st place. so eventually they refunded all my shopping money. still cant complain to much ive got 2 holidays booked and payed for on tesco (clubcard) so isnt all that bad!!!!!0
