Accord - YBS transfer...?

Anyone -maybe brokers - happen to know whether the YBS allows transfers to its products by Accord customers?
I am treated by Accord as a full status, prime customer and it seems to me a reasonable proposition that YBS, as owners of Accord, might consider it.

They are a whole different lender.
