What will happen to ???

When we go br in a few weeks what happens to the ccjs and charging orders on the house ? the house is in about 30k neg equity
also will we be able to carry on paying the utility bills by direct debit or will we have to have metres ?
just trying to find out whats going to happen really...

  • The CCJ's will be included in your BR. Are the CO's final or interim? If they are final then they don't go into the BR and will stay secured on the house.

Most utility companies will just let you carry on as normal. It's been a while since Ihave seen one put in a meter without the person wanting it on here.

    Who are you banking with?
