YBS 5 year deal.
2yr tracker 2.29 (1.79 above base rate) followed by 3.39 fixed for the last 3 years.
25% deposit required
I think you have the best of both worlds with this deal but only my opinion

We've gone for the 15% deposit rate. With ybs. definitely think it is very competitive. However, do take note that the svr is pretty high at 4.99% and the repayment fees for the first 5 years are pretty hefty.0

This is a very good deal and one I have looked at myself but YBS have some of the best deals on the market and can cherry pick the best customers so the LTV must be below 75% from there valuation and income multiplies are also tough 3/3.5X income0

I have been keeping my eye on the deal the OP has pointed out, and I have yet to find anything that can beat it for a 70-75% LTV. Will be interested myself to see if anyone can spot a better deal.0
