Asda Price Check question

How on earth do you do this

My mam thinks an offer hasnt come of and I remebered the price check

I have managed to find the store number date and time on the receipt but not the operator number till number or transaction number

There is nothing on the receipt that looks like the examples

Can anyone help please

All the numbers you need are on the same row, so if you found the store number you have everything, then you only need the date and time. The picture on the site makes everything really clear.
