In fairness no one is likely to be able to every lender, every deal as there are some niche small (private) players. Also note some lenders may have volume restrictions , or different products for different affinity groups, - so it can get complicated.

Sorry, but 'sorting your debt out' isn't done by just moving the debt. In this case onto your mortgage, which means you would be turning £12k of unsecured debt into secured debt - never a good idea.

Instead I'd suggest you go onto the Debt Free Wannabe board and get some advice on cutting your outgoings and changing your lifestyle so that you can live within your means and use excess income to pay down your debt quicker.

The classic result of consolidating debt is that lessons aren't learned and the person ends up back in the same place after a couple of years with credit card debts and loans but with an increased mortgage and the added worry about losing their home.

Please don't take this 'easy route', you are just moving the problem further down the line and increasing the risk to your house. Go onto the DFW board and seek help there.
