TESCO: Extra points for wholefoods and fresh fish?

Hi there -
On my Tesco receipts from the last few days, at the bottom it mentions "You will receive extra points in your May statement if you have purchased wholefoods or fresh fish this visit".
I have not noticed anything instore informing me what the foods are and I just looked at Tesco.com and can't find any more info there either. Am I missing something? Can anyone enlighten me as to what would classify as 'wholefoods'? Does brown bread or wholemeal pasta count?
Would love to find out and possibly boost my points and help other peeps in the process

The promotion is Double Points ....
I think wholefoods refers to the bagged stuff marked 'Wholefoods' ... like nuts, grains etc ... but please correct meLittleBill ... "The riches of a man can be measured by what he can do without"0 -
There are bags of dried fruit, nuts, seeds etc in boxes marked 'whole foods' I nearly bought some dried fruit today (marker as wholefoods) and claiming to be healthy, but when I read the ingredients list it contained Hydrogenated Vegetable Oil - which is far from 'healthy'
I will be buying some fresh fish though as I have a 100 points coupon for fresh fish anyway - from the Healthy Living mailing.

Thanks guys, for the info above. I wonder if I have missed signs in my store, perhaps because I am too focussed on the H&B offers  . Must pay more attention on my next visit! Do you know when this Double Points lark is due to end? Thanks again for any info you can share
