Oat bran... Which one?

while trying to eat healthy i looked at a lot of cereals we have on the shelf. the sugars in them are crazy!
so i'm thinking oat bran is a good idea. anyone recommend a brand or a supermarket brand that's healthy and doesn't have hidden bad stuff
