What do I do now?

Sorry, I've searched but didn't really find the answers...
I've got about £700 left on my interest-only mortgage. I'd like to pay this off in the next month or so :j
But how do I go about it? I guess I have to ask the mortgage provider (Nationwide) for a settlement figure on a given date? What else do I need to ask for (transfer of Title?)? Any other costs? Best to go into into local branch to pay the outstanding amount?
Clueless
Just want it done.

Firstly, well done! :T Secondly, um, no idea I'm afraid but didn't want to read and run. I'd probably contact my provider directly and ask them
