And that lamb with the bowtie... it has tiny horns, I think it's actually a white kid (goat), not a lamb. Oops, just saw 'son of rambo' above.

GOT ONE!

The time on the clock is quarter past four, not ten past three. And sure enough there is a film called 'FOUR FIFTEEN'. Who knew?

For the no access signs I have tried Cul-de-sac and Dead End but it's neither of those.

The sign on the lamppost has a pointing finger on it but I can't think of any film names.

I know the scorpion is "the scorpion king" but could red circlular object by its tail be a separate clue/film?
