RULES

The following rules (“Rules”) together with Global Radio’s ("Global Radio") general and competition terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”) (which can be found at https://www.mygoldmusic.co.uk apply to Thomson Cruise AV radio competition ("the Competition") which will run from 06:00 20.09.2011 to 23:59 20.11.2011 (“the Duration”). The "Radio Station" is Gold Network

Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have understood these Rules along with the Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them. The Terms and Conditions are available on request from the Radio Station.

1) Details of the Competition

1.1 To enter the Competition an Entrant must Go online to mygoldmusic.co.uk and register their details and answer a question. Online entry will open at 06:00 on 20.09.2011 and close at 23:59 on 20.11.2011.

2) Eligibility
2.1 One entry per person only – all duplicates will be removed

3) Prize
a) Cruise for 2 people on the Thomson Dream flying from BHX, LGW or MAN sharing the lowest deck inside cabin on a full board basis with £500 spending money. Price includes tips, taxes and fuel supplement. Alternative cabin supplements, extra facilities, holiday insurance and other costs must be paid for by the prize winner.

Entrants must hold a valid passport.

Prior to departure, we advise the winner to purchase comprehensive travel insurance and have any relevant inoculations.

Prize draw is open to UK residents over 18 except employees or immediate families of TUI Travel PLC Group of Companies.

There is one 7-night cruise prize, provided by Thomson Cruises – a trading name of TUI UK Limited, a member of the TUI Travel PLC Group of Companies, registered in England and Wales under number 2830117 and whose registered office is at TUI Travel House, Crawley Business Quarter, Fleming Way, Crawley, West Sussex, RH10 9QL.
