My partner earns £3000 take home a month we have £22k deposit but no credit in the last 6years and due to moving to another rental property in June and filling in the electoral details in august we are not on the register at our address! We only want to borrow £92k and the only other out goings he has is rhe car!!!

In the last week this has been going off I have tried everything ringing the council/ electoral commission but won't update the register till 1:12:11 experian for credit repot which is taming forever to come back! The best thing is they want to compleat on the house in a month (week gone already) and my partner working away till next Wednesday!!!

Have you applied to any lenders?

Do you have any adverse credit, i.e defaults, CCJ's etc?

You may struggle with credit scoring so ideally you need a lender who would look at the case rather than rely on a computer making the decision.
