With all this talk of procrastination I thought it may be a good time to add a wee mini challenge to the thread........

To be honest there are several things i have been putting off doing for what seems like ages :o and the positive steps thing helps me to get to these eventually, but i can also find myself pushing them to the end of the list and opting for the easier things for the challenge.

I thought maybe it would be good if we could do the mini challenge then of picking one thing that we have been putting off doing and get it done before next friday? I was going to say over the weekend but maybe thats not possible for some things :rotfl:

Its up to you if you want to join in or not obviously, and you can tell us what the thing is or not....again up to you :)

I am going to do this myself anyway so my thing is to get an account sorted out on folksy and get things listed on there - its a good time to get this done now and i've been meaning to for ages......so, no more putting it off, this week it is  :rotfl:

Hmmm now what reward can we have for this.....how about a ??

    Hope you will join me,

    Fairy xx

  • :) did another 2 surveys! seems the more I do the more invitations i get :T

The mini challenge sounds fun! The one that I have been putting off is writing letters to creditors to stop interest.......like you say there are always other things to do that seem like less effort. But this will save me money in the long run if it works so I will get this done before the weekend is out (promise :p)

    Hi everyone

    Only managed 10 steps today:

    1. JPJ free game – won £10
    2. Playing in Bingoport
    3. Playing on Woohoo – up to 66 gold stars
    4. To Luna – up to 33,180
    5. One Poll – up to £4.10
    6. Opinion World survey – up to 250 points
    7. Got accepted to trial a product and will receive a £30 Amazon gift certificate as payment
    8. Panelbase survey – up to £7.75
    9. Got 250 bonus Tesco Clubcard points
    10. Finally collected my prescription, which means I can eat this weekend and I effectively saved my own life.

Okay, I struggled to find something for the last one, but it did take me a week to collect it, so it was a very positive step ;).

I love the idea of the mini challenge Fairy. My main procrastinating comes when it's time for me to work. I am self-employed, so procrastination is not good.

So my challenge is to earn £350 between tomorrow and the end of Friday next week.

what others do you want to know about? shop and scan? there are 2 threads for it! and I can't get them merged. so annoying as they repeat questions that are answered on both.
