Hey Guys
Im looking into buying a buy to let property by the end of the year. I've got some money saved up and I'm ready to go.
Firstly, What other charges will I incur apart from the deposit and letting agent fees?
Secondly, I'd like a mortgage that I could pay off early without any harsh overpayment penalties. Recommendations?
