ANY classes etc in the south east london area? near bromley or croydon too
i have looked and looked all i can find is places that do tournaments and not exactly what i'm looking for
another has a 3 month tie in. i want to pay for either a month or pay as you go
but there seems to be NO classes at all in this area or close
trying to lose weight and boxing is a lot more fun that running alone
any other classes suggestions that may help would be great

also is it worth buy a bag for home?

The gym I go to, although not in your area, runs these type of classes which are available to non-members so try your local gym.0
