Nope, no better, I was digging around inside my ear with a hat pin last night and there is a very hard lump of something just inside the entrance to the ear canal. I've got a bit of it out but decided to stop after I realised I had lost a lot of blood.:eek::eek:. Also, it does;t look like hard wax, more like a growth, is there such a thing as ear cancer?
Going to T's to get some olive oil.
Oh Happychappy, why don't you get the pharmacist in T's to have a quick look at it if you won't go to the doctors? It's probably a boil, they really bleed when they burst:(Beware!!!! Glitching is addictive:rotfl:0 -
Happy - I was in agony, not sleeping etc I had the same thing a couple of weeks ago, went to docs got some antibiotic ear drops, went again, got some different ear drops, went third time and got some oral antibiotics.
Now the pain has gone, just deaf lol, but been re-assured that my haring will come back. Soon I hope.
Please though dont poke:eek:Light travels faster than sound - that's why you can see someone who looks bright until they open their mouth.0 -

You can tell him till you are blue in the face - he just won't go, believe me we have tried for years. He would just rather sit there and suffer.
If any one of you's can get him to go it would be a miracle.Something unexpected happened which made me smile and still continues to make me smile.

All your achieve by poking something in your ear is pushing it further into it which will make it harder to extract...If its wax then the water needs to get behind it to force it out you are just making things worse0

Happy Chappy.....you really do need to have a GP take a look in your ear...best to be safe rather than sorry. Listen to all your cyber friends and get yourself down to the doc's ASAP. I don't think many people like visiting the doctor but looking after your health is important so best go and get it sorted...:)Born to glitch0
