Had a wee trip to 1NV3RUR13 earlier and found these (in their normal place) with a SEL of £6 but apple charges £26 for them.

Also got a box of the £2 Tesco biscuits and a box of the £5.99 ones. BOGOF didn't kick in so went to CS. Went with girl to look at them and said it wasn't valid because there wasn't a BOGOF label under the £2 boxes. I then pointed out that the BOGOF label under the £5.99 boxes detailed all three varieties and she wasn't having it. She got a manager and he said just because they were listed on the label it didn't mean they were in the offer. Said ok and left then stood at CS and phoned Tesco CS, explained what happened and she said she would phone the duty manager, when she came back on the phone she said the duty manager was on his was to refund £2. I told her it was a clear over charge and that I wanted DTD. At this point the duty manger arrived and drew me a dirty look. Woman on the phone asked to speak to him and and after a few moments I got another dirty look and he handed my phone back. He said to the CS lady in store "give this man £4 refund" and he f00ked off without so much as an apology. It's not a store I use so I didn't mind standing my ground and making a scene.

Went to 3110N later and the the £2 boxes of biscuits actually had a £5.99 SEL under them.

I have some tips on hiding your glitches from your other halves...
If like me you have cupboards full of shreddies, jellies,Bounties and so on please read on....
You could always say"key to the garden shed, sorry darling I have mislaid it"..
Also keep any empty Ribena bottles(good for hiding the red wine....lemonade ones for the white..
Now the batteries, tricky I hear you say...just wait for Ann Summers to have a promotion and that`s them taken care off...also you could supply Ann herself with chocolate custard all year round,if you have as much as me..and not forgetting the cheese(thanks to them there Pilgrims)get some mice and when they have eaten it there is a glitch on cat food so I would suggest you could get a cat.....hope this works for you all.
    Eileen.

a sample of Eileen's brilliant ideas (hope you dont mind me quoting you !)

,My Hubby thinks I have gone mad with cupboards full of jellies,Bounties, shreddies and soup.I had to tell him I had lost the key for the garden shed

P.S A little tip....empty Ribena bottles make a good hiding place for the red wine too

Just waiting for a promotion in Ann Summers so that I can hide some of my batteries

I know where Happychappy hides all his stuff as he posted a pic ....and czerniachi (oh I give up with spelling!) is actually moving house tomorrow to fit in all her stuff ! Anyone else like to share??

I confess to having bought some of those vaccuum storage bags in T today (on offer of course) to vac pack all the towels I got from tesco direct as I dont have room for them! Storing stuff for DS off to uni next year.

oops sorry Eileen you beat me to it while I was working out how to copy from grabbit thread! lol
