lol i will make sure they are defrosted before eating, i am thinking that this year santa is bored of just mince pies and fancies some custard ones. right im off to mr t and hope i get at least one of the 4p items.

Someone reported they are now just BOGOF. The devon chocolate custard is also full price 88p.

Hey tinyshoes,
Just back form fbdge. They have stocked up on the bedrails, scanning at 60p, i had a blue one but there are pink left only.

Had a slight nightmare, but may work in my favour.

Ss was overcrowded with staff checking for low prices so picked atill and took my chance with the bedrail, and the knives on 243.

The girl scanned the bed rail then called someone over. Thought that was that bargain down the drain, but the young chappie supervisor said no probs put it through, its the 4ps were looking for!
Then came the knives with the stickers. The girl saw the stickers and said, oh the discount hasnt come off. Thats ok, i said, ill sort it at customer sevices, youve got a queue. Im thoughtful like that. She was having none of it though. She deleted the lines, then rescanned two, then scanned the third set, overrode the price to 1p.
Now, i was preparred to keep all 3 sets with dtd and give 1 to mum, and sister, now though, i was thinking maybe i could return two sets as they have all gone through individually. Just a little bit worried that there may be questions asked about why one is reduced to 1p, should they be on the ball, but im thinking that as with other 1p stuff, i paid and its a done deal

Any thoughts?

The knives set the alarm off on the way out, the security guard didnt even bother bless him. He just said, it will be a small plastic tag, do you mind bringing it back tomorrow when you come in?

hello everyone!

I think it's another T free day for me today... :eek:

I have an interview this evening and maybe another one today/tomorrow... I am pretty much desperate now to get anything really... I don't get how people can stand it to be unemployed long term... especially with no kids... I just got lazy and can't be bothered to do what I'd normally do... Surely it's also the stress of job hunting but anyway it's not nice at all...

But I can't wait until the weekend to go for a big round trip(or two) I hope the 4p items will be still around and the knives would be good too... I have one set of those but it's put away for my future new kitchen(when we finally manage to build our dream house back home-that's the one big thing I can't get from mr T but he's a great help with finances ) so I could do with another one for now... And I need to go to IKEA! Last few bits for the flat and I'll be done :j

Nikkilala: well done on the smarties decoration! I had a dream last night that we went for a T trip together(I just knew it was you!LOL) and I managed to get two 1p items(jeans and something else) and got banned for some reason but the person who banned me walked off so I went upstairs to carry on with bargain hunting!:eek: So that's it! I REALLY need a T rehab! :eek:

also asked them to return the impulse as these had gone through at 3 4 2 £3.50 each. So she gave us 10.50 back hhmmmm lol.
well my query for you guys is this , on returning home i found the receipt to be.......
only a golden golden goosey egg one. Now the problem is because it was an unintentional glitch dtd w used our clubcard, would you take the items back for refund of £9.97 x4 or not whilst clubcard is on the receipt, or just leave it as it may draw too much attention to us.
answers and thoughts greatfully recieved.

Golden you say? if it was me I would take them back.
