Sorry, in my haste I didn't also copy the title of the thread. It is fairy liquid at Asda for 30 odd pence.

Thought it might help someone if their stash is running low!

Speaking of stashed running low, my last arm and hammer toothpaste is on its last squeeze.
Don't want to actually start buying toothpaste!

    The horror!

Arm & Hammer my favourite I like the one with the orange label that you can't buy over here. Cut the top end off & open up the other bit as well loads left ;)

Why oh why are all the great reduced stuff frozen desserts?!

I only have an average sized freezer (upright fridge freezer!) and have difficulty squeezing in an additional garden pea!

I suppose it is a blessing for my waist line however!

    :(
 We need a freezer glitch. Wasn't planning a trip to Tesco today but I can't pass up mint vienetta for 25p oldest kid loves the stuff.
I made a mistake once, believeing people on the internet were my virtual friends. It won't be a mistake that I make again!

I should actually be getting one free on a consumer survey thingy. Been waiting for about a year. It was on here a year ago. Consumers were required to test appliances for a year and then they keep them afterwards. They are supposed to be mega energy efficient and communicate somehow with the national grid via Internet.

Don't understand it that much really. I was accepted for the upright freezer but I am still waiting but was reassured that they are just behind.

I am not holding my breath.

I really really need another freezer and would have purchased one if I'd realised I would have had to wait a year.

Jumble jack I got accepted for that too, but I think its a con coz mine was about 18 months - 2 years and all has gone quiet.
Try freecycle, lots of peeps replace working ones becuase they are tatty etc.
I used to have a small chest freezer in the kids room with a cover over it, used it as a changing unit for a while.

Am not sure if this is the right place to post this so sorry if it is wrong.

Just been to Ff@restf@ch, Swansea Extra and the sales assistant was marking down Back to School kids underwear ( seems to be half price). I know not a massive reduction but 8 pairs of boys socks for £1.50 not to be sniffed at! There was plenty of stock and she even offered to scan some things for me and made suggestions of other reduced items I may find useful (pack of 3 vests for £1). Is upstairs with the full price kids underwear .

    Hope this helps someone.:)

Also, I tried to buy 3 bottles of Timotei which were on the end of the shelf with the other B1G2F offers and they came through full price (not even 1 free). When I asked at CS expecting a nice DTD she said they weren't on offer and there was no sign on them (she was right but I knew they should be on offer and they were the right ones as I bought them on my online shop on Wednesday). CS said lots of people been caught out. Asked for a full refund. :(
  • I'm visiting friends in Middlesex next week, can anyone give me a heads up on good stores, or stores with scanners please?

I don't want this thread getting closed but it seems to be attracting all the nut jobs of the day so for the time being I'm going MIA. Keep up the good work and I apologise for rising to the bait yet again.

    No don't go. :(
