  • Not posted on here for ages but been off this week and spent two hours today reading all the bargains in particular on this thread - loving it -then late night shopping, so felt should post this (in case it hasn't been already!)
The boys jeans and top for £7 outfit of the week includes the blue jumpers with a checked shirt collar peeping out and the grey cardigan with shirt collar. These are about 12.50/14.50 on their own and when it goes through it takes an extra 25% off original prices meaning you get jeans and a top for about £3.80. The till lady gave me a five pound off when you spend 25 on clothing that someone had left there - said it works on prices before discounts kick in. Two of these outfits was less than 3 quid - good job I had other shopping - I would have died!! Hope this makes sense - thankyou so much for sharing bargains - got 4p socks and rugby PJs too :j

Does anyone know the average age group that are posting on this thread? Not that it matters i was just wondering the age of the people posting deals going to a scanner with a trolley full of goodies to check the prices?

They were half that price until today.

I bought mine a few days ago, first time i'd seen them. Shame they had been cheaper:(, but will still make good xmas gifts along with the shower cremes I already had, so I'm still happy:)

No SEL by the scales either

There was no SEL by the scales when I got one of my sets. I got round this by purchasing 2 sets, 1 with sticker and 1 without.

When cs asked if I minded getting the SEL I told them there wasn't one and that I had checked the price on the self scanner, then added that it must have been the correctly priced one that I had checked:D

I got refunded dtd no probs on the overpriced one so still made £17.50 and can always take the other set or both back if I wanted too.

I must add though that this store has no probs with dtd, u don't even have to ask, they also laughed and said that they'd had that problem before and thought it had been fixed, so might be a bit harder if your store has trouts:undecided

don't know the average, but to assist in your survey results, I don't mind saying I am 30 :o would be really interested to know though. I have noticed that there are a lot of people who have children, am I in the minority with none?

Was SEL priced at £2, scanning at £2 per pack instead of £4 priced on the pack, the other day so effectively £1 per pack. Not sure if still working as didnt get more.

Also Tillmans toast me things (frozen) are priced at £1 but scanning at £1.39. Only realised after i got home.

    Hope that helps
