I've only eaten 2 of mine too;) But they call me every night, so their in the garage because it's too much effort to unlock it and switch off the alarm to go and get one. If they were in the kitchen I'd eat one every flipping day, I know I would!!!

had two experiences in Tesco today that I thought I'd share. The first a bit sad/eye opening the second the most bizzare DTD experience I've heard onless anyone knows better:D.

Went to my local extra this morning and bought a few things we need whilst I was there including kitchen roll(which incidentally I would normally buy at Lidl/Aldi as it's always a bargain compared to Tesco prices). Found the plenty rolls which were not on the shelf but in a half full roll cage parked in an open cage on the aisle. The shelves were full of other stock so I'm assuming it was being just left out knowing it would be cleared;) (later at the checkout the SA seemed to confirm that when I remarked on the cheap price - they are really on the ball at my store:() Bumped into someone who used to do cleaning for FIL before he passed away and who I knew was of limited means. When I mentioned the bargain Plenty (I'd only taken what I needed) they said it was of no interest - why pay for expensive kitchen roll, even at that price whe a well washed and disinfected cloth costs nothing?. A true moneysaver?Made me think about what I was doing:o Anyway thats the end of thought for the day.....

..... Now the really bizarre one! One of the other reasons I was there was to return something that OH had bought and we needed to return. Had a few problems at CS with that due to a missing barcode that we had apparently removed (not true but won't go into details). CS rep had to go away to find barcode. There was no-one else at the CS desk, area was quiet. A different CS rep bustles up to the desk and breathlessly tries to put cash and a receipt in my hand and says sorry I had to just go away and check that. Heres your £30 double the difference refund sorry for the problem!. I was gobsmacked, my jaw dropped and I had to admit that I think I said sorry you've got the wrong person. Various evil thoughts flashed through my mind in that instant;) but I had to refuse it. The CS rep was puzzled and said that I looked just like the person who had been here.Intrigued I hung around the area for a while but no-one turned up while I was there. Was it someone who was stricken with panic on an active DTD when the CSA had gone away to check something?Who knows, but the regulars on here who know my personal views on DTD will I hope appreciate the irony of that situation:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:
