so true
when i rushed to my local for the fanta/lilt DTD the shelves were almost bare obviously people had seen the 3 for £2 signs and thought wow what a deal. CS seemed to know nothing about the SEl being incorrect until I claimed the DTD, so obviously "normal" shoppers are buying thinking they are getting a bargain but in fact aren't. It may be so that Tesco aren't doing it on purpose but they are so incompetent in the same store even then when i went back the next day the incorrect SEL's were still there and goodness knows how many people had bought thinking they were getting a good deal.
I think we are doing Tesco a favour pointing out theire incorrect SEL's ie doing "research" that their staff and price integrity team should be doing
Could not agree more. I was shocked to still see the SEL for that glitch in one store day after it started. I didn't really need anymore but reasoned I was doing everyone a favour who thought they were getting the 3 for £2 bargain. They are very hot in that store removing the SELs so I knew that noone up till that point had complained of being overcharged. SA actually came back with every single SEL even those flavours I had not bought. At least then noone else would think they were getting a really good offer and not actually get it.0 -
Only just caught up with the thread after my post at 6am this morning. Managed to get 3 pairs of jeans, 4 pairs of trousers, 2 suit jackets and a t shirt, also got a few toy and food deals including a DTD. It was on raspberry and milk chocolate popcorn OOD SEL £1 scanned at £1.59 so got DTD £4.72
Looked for lots of other things on my 3 1/2 hour stay but didn't find much else. No caserole dishes, no duvets, no portable dvd players. Also the Impulses, Green & Black chocolates, Airwick and andrex all scanning at full priceStill not a bad day out though, especially as I got a £69 suit jacket for £1!!!
Just some informaton for people regarding the £1 clothes sale, my mum talked to a SA in Br@cknell homeplus who said they are expecting lots more deliveries over the next few days. Once it turns up at store will be labelled up and put out on the shop floor. So might be worth a trip or two HTH0 -
I feel vindicated - someone outside NI has confirmed the Super Noodle/Pasta 'n' Sauce glitch!
On a side note I've been having a right chuckle to myself tonight. Since me and the ex split there have been so many glitches.
He loves beer, the beer glitch was a week or two after we broke up
He loves custard, the custard glitch got me 300 for my DSs alone
He loves Heinz soup and we've just had the soup glitch
He loves Super Noodles and guess what glitch I just posted!!!!!!
Oh and not forgetting all the bargains from DTD and misprices and how he'll be in Toys 'R' Us on Xmas Eve spending a fortune on tat and I've already finished the Xmas shopping for my entire family (bar Xmas cards that aren't in stock yet). I think these glitches are telling me something :rotfl:0 -

http://reviews.asda.com/1440-en_gb/001493996/salter-arc-scale-black-reviews/reviews.htm
The barcode on mine was different though I think: 501077133332
Its a black box and says Salter ARC electronic kitchen scale but has a few little coloured things at the bottom, and says 250 years of excellence in the top right corner rather than new.
All barcodes stickered over in scu nthorpe
Had a good browse around tonight after work but all I saw was 2 dozen take that tshirts. So I bought them all!!
Jk.
Lots of rubbish in the clearance section like Thomas cutlery, scanned at £5 odd! A Sony portable DVD player, scanned at £129.97
Think some one is pulling my leg!!:rotfl:..(/(/

Don't worry HappyChappy84 I somehow missed that one too. Especially like cream of tomato too. Not sure how I missed it though?0
