    Ok, night night everyone! :)

I'm totally knackered just from reading through all the pages you managed today! :p

Had the LL again this evening to review our version of "inventory" as his states that everything is "like new" in a 14 year old flat! So had to put him right and he said he planns to renew the floor... :j The carpets here are terrible and my main concern were three big staines(red wine or something) in the living room and told him I want them gone if he's not planning to do anything with the carpets within 6 months and he said he will be getting rid of them for wooden floors... I prefer carpets myself however brand new wooden floor will be better then old eaten out carpets! :T

So we need to see him again tomorrow and I hope not anymore for a good couple of weeks...

Have a good night everyone! :A
