  • Sent messages don't show and as he never replied to my PM I haven't received a copy back in the reply so to speak.

If he's reporting me for abuse by PM, which I know I haven't then maybe I should report him for harassment as he's the only one that has a bee in his bonnet about it.

Did you follow my instructions? MSE only shows sent messages OR inbox at any one time, and inbox is the default.
Hopefully this link will get you to your sent messages, but if not...
In your in box, where it says "Private messages in folder IN BOX" and an arrow pointing down. Click the arrow, you'll get the choice to see sent messages too.

Oh, I remember someone asking for advice pages and pages ago(caz or celebrate maybe?) about having some issues with dtd etc. and HO being involved/informed about 3 of them and that someone didn't want to attract attention? Can't remember anyone responding so that's a few ideas:
-give HO a call, if they ask for you details provide some of your family member/change yours a little?
-write them an email from a different email address each time?
-in some situations try to call HO while still in the store, they will speak to the store there and then and might not need your details?

I only ever contacted HO once over a big dtd and I tend not to bother with small ones(however I never had a problem with a small one at the store level, they were always ok with dtd)...

For those of you who find posts abusive or disrespectful may I remind you to press the report button and the mods will deal accordingly
Last time I reported a racist comment a whole thread was deleted, however that might have been due to the ensuing arguments lol and I really donot want that to happen here
Ps if you donot like the thread there are many more including the misprice one on the grabbit board.....just saying ....don't shoot me!

So if we don't like a bit of homophobic banter we should clear off elsewhere then? Is racism acceptable here too? how about a couple of Bernard Manning jokes???

Oh for crying out loud! I am neither homophobic or racist. I can be opinionated and there is a fine line between the two. I did not mean it in a homophobic way, if I did then believe me my post would have made it far more obvious. Now can we drop it and get back to how the board should be?

Well said, If MSE saved copies of sent messages I'd take a screen shot and post it for all to see that there was nothing abusive or offensive

There's no need to do that.
Dont rise to the bait. Let it slide.

  • Hmm you've stumped me there, Happychappy. I have no idea how that might have happened unless you deleted them by mistake. I keep forgetting about my sent messages because it usually only shows inbox and then get a message telling me my pms are full, when I only see a few in the inbox.

    ETA.

You have to tick the box to save a copy of your sent messages. It's under messages and notification, then private messaging, right down the bottom. Probably best to have a read of the other things in case they are of interest too.

Glad you deleted your swearing, I only came on here to check out the glitches and I wasn't expecting that!
