I am well proud of myself.....just got my first DTD without even trying lol!!!! It was a genuine error, hubby asked me to get him the Magners Cider, it was £4/pack and b2g1f I also got 6 bottles of mini wine (only got the 25% off them although it showed 5% on receipt but CS said it still added up to 25%) anyhoooo....I was charged £12 so paid by card then calmly went to CS and told the lady I had been overcharged. She said she would just go get label, came back, messed about with the till then said "you were overcharged £4 so you get £8 back, I should have put it back on your card but I forgot" :j I nearly peed my pants I was that excited, ok not a big DTD but my first one and it was pleasant :D:D:D. This was in W!sh4w extra so may be store specific

could you all try and behave while I run upstairs for a shower........seems to be another 6 pages to trawl through every time I come back in.......not to mention it takes me ages to catch up when I get home from work and THAT'S valuable T time!

Went to a metro yesterday and today on the way back from work, but no bargains sadly, except 2 bottles of kids glue for 25p each.:o

But did hear a disgruntled customer complaining to a SA about rasins and sultanas being placed next to a wrong SEL!:D She was very loud and told the SA this is confusing customers and I came here with a list of things to buy and I already have to take long because of the new shop layout. surprisingly, the SA was quiet and trying to find the correct pack of raisins for her.

And today I heard another woman, help another lady to shop in an mse way by looking at the cost per gram on honey jars and bottles. The lady wanted a squeezy version and the woman told her it would be cheaper buying the jar version next time and filling it in the squeezy bottle. :wave: if it was a fellow MSE

Now what I really need is an express glitch as a new express store has opened just opposite work, but no self scan so something that the SA's may not detect easily....:cool:

Oh my, had a panic attack earlier when I saw the other thread was closed.......then found this one and thought phew found them all again, and after reading thr last 11 pages I reckon that wine glitch must be a goodun cos there seems to be some sort of substance abuse going on lol. Congrats jumblejack and karlie88 on your new shiny stars and thanks everyone for giving me a much needed giggle :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:
